⏱️ Delivery Times

• EU orders arrive within 3–8 business days.

• All orders are shipped directly from our European warehouses.

• Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day.

📬 Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Depending on the delivery method (courier or pick-up point), you can follow your parcel online until it arrives.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, you can return it under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original labels.

Processing Returns

Once your return is received at our or our partner’s European warehouse and meets the return conditions, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after the return has been inspected.
